While our researchers charge $30.00 per hour for research (with a 1/2 hour minimum), you will pay for
any additional copies, photographs, microfilm prints, etc. prepared in conjunction with your request
(Rates Shown Below). For example, if you have one hour of research, with 10 xerox copies and 3
reprints of original photographs, the entire fee for services will be $56.50 plus $5.99 postage. You will
be expected to pay these fees, plus postage, in advance of receiving the research. All research must
be paid in advance.

it with your check or money order payable to BCHS to our offices; the mailing address is on the form.
It is best to call the office to get an estimate for research hours to start the process.
Paying for your research using Pay Pal is quick and easy. Ask your researcher to have a Pay Pal
invoice generated for you. When you receive the invoice, pay online. Pay Pal will notify us of your
payment and your research will begin. To begin, print, complete, scan or photo the form and email it
to us.
If you have paid online, when your research has been completed, we will email you with further
payment instructions - i.e., how many copies, microfilm records, photographs, and postage/handling
items or additional research fees need to be paid. When payment has been received, your research
packet will be shipped to you at the address you provided. If you have paid by mail, you will be sent
an invoice prior to the research packet being sent out.. We also offer digital delivery of documents in
order to save you postage.

request; $0.70 postage per image.
Digital Copy of Photo for Personal Use $5.00 each - with signed release
Digital Copy of Photo for Commercial Use $25.00 each - with signed release
