    There is no entry fee to anyone who comes to the Archives
    and does their own research. Researchers are asked to
    complete a research form that sets forth citation requirements
    and gives us an idea what they are researching so we can help

Additionally, we request that no bags, jackets or food be brought into the research
rooms.  Lockers are provided for these items; researchers are asked to bring their own
padlocks.  

While we are glad to assist anyone while they are here with finding books and files,
extensive searches through those files or microfilm on behalf of a visitor will incur a
research fee. Our research volunteers are also available to do research for others
unable to come in person. We charge $30.00 per hour to do research with a minimum
of 1/2 hour.  NEW - Pay for your research with PAY PAL!  Please click on the help

Copies of documents and files are charged at the following rates:

for copies of the ORIGINAL RECORDS of
  • Marriage, Birth, Death, Will records- $5 for the first two pages; $1 for each page
    after.
  • Deeds - $2 for the first page, $1 for each following page

for Xerox copies - $0.25 per page (note that we limit the number of copies from all
the files of one family name to 25 pages or less)

for microfilm copies of newspaper articles or obituaries - $1 per page if you have the
exact newspaper and date. If it is something that has to be looked for, then
research fees apply with a minimum of 1/2 hour.

for photos printed on photo paper - $8 for the first 3 images; $6 for each image
thereafter per visit or request.  $0.70 postage & handling per image.

for digital copies of photos (for personal research use only - research form required to
be filled completed and signed)  - $5

for digital copies of photos (for commercial use, with signed release)  - $25

A Postage and Handling fee will be determined at the time of the request.
